Jack G. Hittle
Jack G. Hittle concentrates his practice at Church, Church, Hittle & Antrim
in probate, estate planning, commercial and real estate litigation. Mr. Hittle
also serves as counsel for Noblesville Schools, Westfield Washington Schools,
and Zionsville Community Schools.
Mr. Hittle was born in Indianapolis, Indiana. He received his undergraduate degree from Butler University in 1970, majoring in English. He graduated from Indiana University School of Law at Indianapolis in 1973. While in law school, he served on the Moot Court Board, and as an Associate Editor of the Indiana Law Review.
Mr. Hittle joined the Church, Church, Hittle & Antrim as a Law Clerk in 1972, an associate in 1973 and became a partner with the firm in 1975.
He is a past President of the Hamilton County Bar Association. He is a former Chairman of the Probate Trust & Real Property Section of the Indiana State Bar Association for 1995-1996. Mr. Hittle is also a Fellow of the American Trust & Estate Council, and the Indiana Bar Foundation.
Mr. Hittle has served as a member of the Board of Governors of the Legacy Fund, a Hamilton County community foundation. He speaks at Continuing Legal Education seminars in the fields of Probate and School Law, as well as to local civic groups on various topics of public interest. He is also a member of the Board of the Indiana Bar Foundation serving as secretary in 2004. He served on the Board of Governors for the Indiana State Bar Association, 1998-2000.
He
is a past President of the Hamilton County Theatre Guild, Inc., which operates
the Belfry Theatre in Noblesville. He is also a past president of Sunrisers
Kiwanis Club of Noblesville.
