James Koday is a partner at Bewley & Koday, LLP, in Fort Wayne, Indiana. His practice areas are probate and estate planning; corporate law, and mediation. Mr. Koday attended Indiana University where he received is undergraduate degree in 1973 and his law degree, cum laude, in 1976. He was admitted to the Indiana bar in 1976; the U.S. Tax Court in 1984; and the Florida bar in 1986. He is also a licensed mediator.
