William E. Wendling, Jr.


 

Mr. Wendling is a native of Kendallville, Indiana, and was admitted to Indiana bar in 1983. His undergraduate degree was obtained from Texas A & I University in 1973, and his law degree from Indiana University in 1983. Before joining Campbell, Kyle & Proffitt, LLP, Mr. Wendling served as a law clerk to the Chief Judge of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Indiana and practiced law in Indianapolis.

Additionally, he was appointed to serve as a member of the Indiana Education Employment Relations Board by the Governor of the State of Indiana, and has served since 1992. His practice is concentrated in litigation, which includes both civil and criminal matters and is a registered mediator in domestic and civil matters. In addition, he practices land use law and served as the attorney for the Carmel/Clay Commission and Board of Zoning Appeals. Mr. Wendling chairs Campbell, Kyle & Proffitt’s Personal Injury Practice Group.
