An Hour for Civics

Today, you can take one simple action to ensure that 6,000 Indiana youth understand and apply the principles of our nation’s most revered document – the U.S. Constitution. We are asking you, our fellow attorneys and friends of civic education, to join us in support of An Hour for Civics, which raises much-needed funding for the We the People civic education program. A contribution equal to just one billable hour is all we’re asking from each attorney or $100 from non-attorneys. The need is great because demand for civic education is growing. It costs $2,000 to educate a classroom of 30 children for one year. With your help, we can ensure Indiana’s children learn the important principles of our democracy.
