ISBA Utility Law Section Writing Contest
The Indiana State Bar Association’s Utility Law Section (“ULS”) is sponsoring a writing contest for all Indiana law students interested in energy, public utility, telecommunications, or water/sewer law. A scholarship in the amount of $1,000 will be awarded to the winning author,and his or her paper will be posted on the ULS website. The winner will also receive an invitation to attend the Utility Law Section’s in-state seminar. The purposes of the competition are to promote greater interest in and understanding of the fields of energy, public utility, and telecommunications law, and to encourage excellent legal writing skills in law students.
